THE GEOGRAPGICAL NUMBERS DONT ALLOW INCOMING CALLS, FOR THOSES PEOPLE WHO DONT LIKE TO BE PASSED THROUGH TO THE CORRECT DEPARTMENT THEN ID ADVISE YOU TO RING THE NORMAL NUMBER AND LISTEN TO THE OPTONS, YOUD BE SUPRISED HOW EASY IT IS TO GET THROUGH TO THE CORRECT PERSON IF YOU DONT TRY AND CUST CORNERS

  2. it is recommended to call in mid afternoon, these periods are usally quieter

    im a happy tt customer and would like to point out your a very small percentage of tt customers (ex customers). dont bear grudges children, it’s not their fault you dont realise the world has problems.

    listen homeboy, why done you do the percentages.. how many TT customers have their LLU service (which you will eventually be migrated to, like it or not), against how many customers are actually satisfied.

  10. majella, if you are stuck theres a trouble shooting guide on the website, you can think for yourself you know

  11. majella, ever heard of ‘The idiot’s guide to your computer’, Its right up there with the likes of ‘Windows XP for dummies’, pick up a copy from your local PC World and give it a try. A great investment to go for before spending near enough the same amount holding on and waiting for any customer care representative.

    Or if you’re looking for the CHEAPER option, get your child/grandchild to teach you the basics.
