Stephen doesn’t believe in promises.

Now if I was to get one of these complaints I’d think ‘oh, they’re having some trouble.’ Two, maybe that something was up. But Stephen’s complaint is so consistent I wonder if there’s something being passed around the sales department telling them to lie at all costs.

I regret the day we signed up to talk talk the internet drops out most days and we still only have 2 meg they promised 8 meg as for there customer service it is a joke sorry we are to bisy to take your call so we are cutting you off thanks for the help guys

  1. You’re lucky to get 2 megs. We are lucky to get 300Kps and the service seems to disappear completely in the evenings and we’re paying £15 per month for this awful service!
